Let’s go to the spa!
Okay, not literally – but you know that feeling after a spa day, when you feel refreshed and your skin feels loved and nourished? You can get that same purifying feeling - at home! We’re going to show you how to MIFA – how to incorporate our rituals into your daily routine. Inspire your self-care setup with rituals created with intention that will balance, heal, and restore you from head to toe, inside and out.
Start by cleansing your skin with our Eucalyptus Coco Body Wash. Take your time to inhale the aromatherapeutic essential oil blend. Created with avocado oil, coconut oil, and cocoa butter, this body wash will leave your skin cleansed and moisturized.
Turn up the heat in the shower, spray the Eucalyptus Mood Mist, close your eyes, and then take four to six deep breaths to further relax before ending your shower. Neck stretches are highly encouraged here!
Spray the Vitamin Sea Essence generously on your face, neck, décolletage, and shoulders. This preps your skin with a powerful yet weightless boost of vitamins and sea minerals. Place the essence in the fridge overnight for a nice, cooling mist after a hot shower.
While your skin is still a little damp from the essence, it’s the perfect time to apply the All-Over Skin Dew. The All-Over Skin Dew Serum has three different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid (HA) in it, so it’s best applied to damp skin so the HA can draw that moisture into the skin. It’s created with traditional botanical oils used for centuries in the healing of the skin: gotu kola, goji berry seed, argan nut oil, and sea buckthorn oil. Apply all this goodness from head to toe.
What’s a trip to the spa without a massage? You can end your evening ritual with a face and body massage with our Aventurine Gua Sha. Dim the lights, or just turn them off and light the Cardamom Noir Candle – there’s something so relaxing about seeing only the flicker of a candle in the darkness.
Prepare your skin for the gua sha by applying our lightweight and restorative All-Over Oil. Gua sha is a centuries-old beauty ritual rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that promotes better circulation, lymphatic flow, and improved overall skin health. Take deep breaths, move slowly, and most importantly, stay hydrated.
Light your candle beside your bed while you read, and spray the Mood Mist across your pillow to help reduce anxiety and get a restful night’s sleep.
