How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
How much is shipping?
- We offer a $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $40 within North America.
- Free shipping is available for orders $40 and up within North America.
- Orders will arrive within 2-9 business days (within Canada).

Do you ship internationally?
- We offer $10 flat rate shipping within the USA.
- Free shipping is available for orders $40 and up within the USA.
- Please allow 7-14 days for arrival due to customs.
- Please contact us if you are located outside of Canada and USA.
What currency are your prices in?
Pricing is in Canadian Dollars and your credit card will exchange to your currency.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with our products and we will do what we can to ensure a happy experience. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your MIFA purchase please contact us within 30 days of initial purchase. A flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund for all returns.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition – we reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used.
All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed – otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund or send out another return label. Do not return product without an authorized return label.

- Order number
- Item(s) you are returning
- Reason for return
We will respond to your request within 3 business days and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed back to your original method of payment.
